About the Role

BEC Arabia, a leader in construction, infrastructure, and engineering across the GCC, is seeking a Treasury Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in managing the company's treasury operations, ensuring optimal cash flow, and maintaining robust financial controls. As a Treasury Specialist, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and financial institutions to support the company's strategic objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this position, you will play a key role in managing liquidity, mitigating financial risks, and optimizing working capital for projects spanning commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and government mega-projects. You will be part of a high-performing team that supports the financial backbone of BEC Arabia's operations, contributing directly to the success of iconic projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash management, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for project and operational needs.
• Develop and implement treasury policies to optimize working capital and minimize financial risks.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to negotiate terms, manage facilities, and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare and analyze treasury reports, including cash flow statements, liquidity forecasts, and financial risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements, including GOSI, Saudization, and other financial regulations.
• Support the implementation of digital treasury tools and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project teams to align cash flow planning with project timelines and budgets.
• Evaluate and manage foreign exchange risks, ensuring cost-effective hedging strategies.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate governance standards in all treasury activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on treasury strategies and financial performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance roles.
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and financial risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulatory requirements, including GOSI and Saudization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar certification.
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange risk management and hedging strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 projects and their financial implications.
