About the Role
BEC Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Riyadh. In this critical role, you will lead the talent acquisition efforts for one of Saudi Arabia's premier construction, infrastructure, and engineering firms. As a key player in our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to support our diverse portfolio of projects, including giga-projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
You will collaborate closely with department heads, project managers, and senior executives to identify staffing needs and implement innovative recruitment strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the GCC, including smart cities, oil & gas infrastructure, and government mega-projects. Day-to-day, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding. You will also play a strategic role in enhancing our employer brand, ensuring compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, and leveraging advanced recruitment technologies to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across the construction, engineering, and infrastructure sectors.
- Collaborate with department heads and project managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization (Nitaqat) program requirements, and other regulatory standards.
- Utilize advanced recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards, to source and manage candidates effectively.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, focusing on both local and international talent pools.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Enhance BEC Arabia's employer brand through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and participation in career fairs and industry events.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and consultants to fill specialized or high-volume roles as needed.
- Train and mentor junior HR team members on best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and emerging recruitment technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a senior or specialist role.
- Proven expertise in recruiting for the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, and GOSI regulations.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, or similar ATS platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Certification in SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent HR credentials.
- Experience in recruiting for Saudi Vision 2030 giga-projects or similar large-scale initiatives.
- Familiarity with green building standards and sustainability-focused roles (e.g., LEED, Mostadam).
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
